The Face behind the Voice…

I wanted you all to see the beautiful face behind that pleasant sweet voice that answers our phones.  Pamela Hylton has been with our agency since December of 2001.  She is a licensed agent and is very talented in many areas.

Pam is able to take your payment over the phone, help you with an at fault or not at fault accident, help you with any questions or concerns you have on your policy or quote and write your auto or home business.  If she doesn’t have an answer to your questions or concerns…she is able and willing to get answers and call you back with that information.

Pam enjoys scrapbooking, biking, being with her family, walking her dog and exercising with her friends.  She has been married to Michael for 26 years.  They have two grown children – Colleen and Christian.  She also has a very spoiled dog Bandit.
